By way of an introduction, my name is Stuart Agnew founder of Category Talent Solutions. I have spent the best part of the last 20 years at high profile FMCG businesses doing the doing and creating high performing teams.

 

I genuinely believe that category management should be at the heart of a business, leading and shaping the thinking of brands to achieve their full growth potential. As such, I have set up CTS to match businesses with the correct category individual (and vice versa). Having done the job, I understand what is involved, what skill sets are required and what makes a good category manager.

 

I find candidates that don't just join a business but become part of the DNA, candidates who  provide the skills required to deliver success, which in turn shapes both the businesses and the individuals future.
